The American IPS class of 2019 reached Berlin in March and is already interning in their MdB’s offices and taking part in other workshops, seminars, and travel as part of this year’s program. The selection committee had a hard time selecting these participants from a group of over 20 highly qualified applicants last December in Washington, DC.
Pictured above are the eight USA IPSler from 2019 during a trip to Bonn to see where it all began for IPS in 1986 (though of course the Deutsche Welle building wasn’t there at the time.
